Profile:
Post-doctoral biologist, pharmacist or veterinarian. Experience in cardiovascular animal research.
Expected background:
- The candidate must be skilled in animal and basic research, experience in cardiovascular physiology.
- The candidate must have excellent English writing/oral skills.
- International mobility experience is greatly appreciated.
- Will be an asset to show experience in writing research grant proposals and scientific manuscripts for peer-review.
- The researcher will integrate into a large research group with high scientific impact in the field of fetal medicine, and will work within a multidisciplinary research programme focused on the impact of fetal growth restriction on cardiovascular development in animal models.
Expected task and responsibilities:
- Development and validation of a postnatal animal model for the evaluation of cardiovascular remodeling in fetal growth restriction.
- Testing of prenatal therapies for the improvement of cardiovascular remodelling.
- Preparation of results and scientific paper writing.
- International projects writing and submission.
