Dr. Eduard Gratacós in TEDxBarcelona Science
On November 30th in Cosmocaixa Barcelona Dr. Gratacós gave a lecture entitled "Fetal programming: medicine starts before birth."
TEDxBarcelona Science is a series of local conferences raised and organized independently that permits to enjoy in different countries of the world an experience similar to TED conferences. The most innovative works in science and technology carried out in all areas are shown, with the aim of disseminating the most interesting ideas.
In this context Dr. Gratacós takes a tour around the current state of Fetal Medicine and the importance of research and new technologies development in order to improve both diagnosis and therapy at a crucial moment for the future of every individual. The talk highlights how this research will represent a major advance for the future of these patients, their families and society in general.
